Just a few common questions about waxing, services, ingrown hairs and more! If you have additional questions please reach out!

What should I do before my wax?

  • DO make sure your hair is long enough to wax. It needs to be at least the size of a grain of rice (1/4 in.). This is usually about 2 weeks since your last shave.

  • DON'T exfoliate the day of your wax.

  • DON'T use any Retin-A or Retinol products at least a week before your wax.

  • DON'T get waxed at all if you're using Accutane. Must be off of it for at least 1 year.

Can I wax during my cycle?

Yes! You absolutely can wax during your cycle. You must have a tampon in during the service. Keep in mind that your skin may be a little extra sensitive during your cycle.

What should I expect after my first wax?

Your skin may be irritated and red but this will subside within a couple hours max. Your skin may be sensitive for the rest of the day. You will see your hair start to grow back about 2-3 weeks after your wax, depending on the area

What discounts do you offer?

  • Teachers, Students & Military receive 10% off any full priced service.

  • Get $5 off for every person you refer!

  • First time clients receive discounts on select services!

  • During your birthday month get $15 off any one full priced service.

Can I bring kids or another person with me to my appointment?

Unfortunately, no. The suite is too small to accommodate other people to be in the room with you.

How frequently should I be waxing?

It varies on the area that you're waxing. Facial services and Underarms usually require around 2-3 weeks between waxes. Body services usually require around 4-5 weeks between waxes.

What should I wear to my appointment?

I suggest wearing loose fitting clothes. However, most people don't have an issue wearing any type of clothing.

Will I get ingrown hairs?

It is possible. However, 80% of preventing ingrown hair is how you maintain your at home skin routine. It's important to use non-comedogenic products and use them at the recommended frequency provided by your Esthetician.
